Jan-Joost Smeekes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dawayne McJohnny, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. A collision led to Seagulls getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Martin Andriessen hit a great ball. In the 7th minute, Robert McCready made a precise shot to the right of Jan-Joost Smeekes. Seagulls's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 16 played minutes Seagulls got a freekick which was hit by Martin Andriessen. 17 minutes into the match, Eoghan Barrett notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes. Jan-Joost Smeekes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th match minute, 1948 MKS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eoghan Barrett to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Joost Smeekes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brandon Cassin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goalkeeper Jan-Joost Smeekes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eoghan Barrett. After a rather tough play, Seagulls's Martin Andriessen got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 28th match minute, 1948 MKS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brandon Cassin to maneuver through the defense. Gilbert Jameson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 29 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of 1948 MKS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Seagulls:s goal. Breasal Palmer had in the 31stth minute some difficulties stopping Floris Stühling's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Dawayne McJohnny recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan-Joost Smeekes. Dawayne McJohnny showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Jan-Joost Smeekes was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Brandon Cassin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Brandon Cassin really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. In the 47th minute, Eoghan Barrett reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jan-Joost Smeekes. The goal made the score 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Brandon Cassin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Joost Smeekes. Seagulls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brandon Cassin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 56th minute Blanche Glen Crowe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Joost Smeekes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eoghan Barrett scored 8-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Joost Smeekes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Dawayne McJohnny came free, but Jan-Joost Smeekes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eoghan Barrett struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Jan-Joost Smeekes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1948 MKS. In the 65th minute, Eoghan Barrett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Dawayne McJohnny notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes. Jan-Joost Smeekes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to 1948 MKS getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Robert McCready hit a great ball. Jan-Joost Smeekes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brandon Cassin, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. If Martin Andriessen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Martin Andriessen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Breasal Palmer made a huge save. Jan-Joost Smeekes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dawayne McJohnny went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Seagulls defense, Blanche Glen Crowe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Joost Smeekes. The Seagulls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Joost Smeekes should have stopped the shot. 97 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Dawayne McJohnny came free, but Jan-Joost Smeekes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. 1948 MKS fully deserved thier win.
