Knox BK's Georg Brolin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Knox BK from getting a goal against them. 9 minutes into the match, Knox BK's goal looked a bit too open when Kristof Van Dessen came free, but Georg Brolin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wictor Dahlkvist in the 18th minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Uwe Nwachukwu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joachim Åström kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Štefko Stadnyuk's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Georg Brolin on his right side and into the goal. 24 minutes into the game it was 1-0. Georg Brolin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 29th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Knox BK's Georg Brolin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kraig McAlphie in the 33rd minute of play. Kristof Van Dessen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Georg Brolin made a huge save. After 36 minutes of play, Knox BK's Alfred Eriksson made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Uwe Nwachukwu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 44 minutes, Wictor Dahlkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Knox BK and the FC Draconia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes Knox BK got a freekick which was hit by Wictor Dahlkvist. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wictor Dahlkvist made a kick off. Ief Depauw kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Eriksson in the 58th minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Uwe Nwachukwu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Draconia's Jerry Moerman got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Klaus Dhondt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Draconia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 67th minute, Claes Matsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 minutes of play, FC Draconia's Jerry Moerman made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Georg Brolin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Knox BK's Georg Brolin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristof Van Dessen in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Knox BK's goal looked a bit too open when Kristof Van Dessen came free, but Georg Brolin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Draconia's Uwe Nwachukwu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save FC Draconia from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute Kristof Van Dessen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Brolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georg Brolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kraig McAlphie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Knox BK defense, Kristof Van Dessen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Georg Brolin. The Knox BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georg Brolin should have stopped the shot. FC Draconia walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
