Eduardo Miranda came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Olympique Fribourg's Remo Pürro. But to his dismay, Remo Pürro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Raí Paraibano charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raí Paraibano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Grêmio Papão de WC got a freekick which was hit by Raí Paraibano. 11 minutes into the match, Mateo Esiquio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Grêmio Papão de WC's Eduardo Miranda. Eduardo Miranda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 14 minutes into the match, Patryk Banaszak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eduardo Miranda. Grêmio Papão de WC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patryk Banaszak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 17th minute, Luiz Fábio Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Grêmio Papão de WC's goal looked a bit too open when Mateo Esiquio came free, but Eduardo Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Grêmio Papão de WC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Prestes to maneuver through the defense. Mich Batshuayi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Miranda having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Remo Pürro notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Grêmio Papão de WC's Eduardo Miranda. Eduardo Miranda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eduardo Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remo Pürro in the 34th minute of the match. Mich Batshuayi took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduardo Miranda. Eduardo Miranda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Eduardo Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Esiquio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Miranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Olympique Fribourg's Tristan Arioli got control of the ball when Dadá Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Grêmio Papão de WC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Olympique Fribourg were winning 0-6.

The wind increased when Mateo Esiquio made the kick off in the second half. Mich Batshuayi struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Eduardo Miranda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olympique Fribourg. In the 52nd minute, Remo Pürro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eduardo Miranda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Remo Pürro scored 0-8 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Miranda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Grêmio Papão de WC's Eduardo Miranda got control of the ball when Patryk Banaszak tried to sneak it across the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Mateo Esiquio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eduardo Miranda. Mateo Esiquio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. A collision led to Grêmio Papão de WC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Dadá Amorim hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Remo Pürro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olympique Fribourg's supporters rose to their feet, but Remo Pürro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute, Bruno Steiner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olympique Fribourg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. In the 83rd minute, Mich Batshuayi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mateo Esiquio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 0-13 became the score in the 90th minute when Mateo Esiquio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Virgill Van Dijk came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eduardo Miranda could save by the left post. The supporters of Olympique Fribourg booed when Grêmio Papão de WC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráuzio Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olympique Fribourg played a much better game than Grêmio Papão de WC and deserved their victory. The Grêmio Papão de WC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
