If Jerzy Drzewucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, NK FOLKROLA's Veselko Recko got control of the ball when Jerzy Drzewucki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anto Murg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Hoffman having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Jerzy Drzewucki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Veselko Recko. NK FOLKROLA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jerzy Drzewucki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Jerzy Drzewucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jerzy Drzewucki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Veselko Recko made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Ladislao Bermudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Warren FC - DMZ's Jerzy Drzewucki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Veselko Recko. That made the score 3-0 after 39 minutes of play. Jerzy Drzewucki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Veselko Recko made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of NK FOLKROLA booed when Warren FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Slavoljub Bukovec from long distance, 53 minutes into the match, got Edmund Hoffman's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Veselko Recko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerzy Drzewucki went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Ordančo Anderle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Edmund Hoffman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmund Hoffman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vidko Bižal in the 66th minute of play. After 66 played minutes NK FOLKROLA got a freekick which was hit by Rino Alauf. Jerzy Drzewucki might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Veselko Recko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jerzy Drzewucki ran back to his position shaking his head. Veselko Recko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Drzewucki in the 70th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, NK FOLKROLA's Vidko Bižal got a free kick in the 71st minute. Jerzy Drzewucki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Veselko Recko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Drzewucki in the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerzy Drzewucki in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Veselko Recko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Slavoljub Bukovec during the 83rd minute. After 90 minutes of play, Warren FC - DMZ's Zé Pedro Pombal made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Veselko Recko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Veselko Recko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zé Pedro Pombal's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. A collision led to NK FOLKROLA getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Slavoljub Bukovec hit a great ball. 7-0 became the score in the 95th minute when Zé Pedro Pombal elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Warren FC - DMZ had won after a very even match.
