After some careless play in the ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ defense, Cristiano Carulli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pastor Atarratze. The ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pastor Atarratze should have stopped the shot. Pastor Atarratze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carter Marsili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Atarratze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Pittelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. San Mauro A Mare FC were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carter Marsili took the corner. In the 20thth minute of the game Carter Marsili who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Pastor Atarratze was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. San Mauro A Mare FC were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carter Marsili took the corner. Carter Marsili made a great header on San Mauro A Mare FC's corner, it was just that ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Pastor Atarratze managed to reach the ball for a save. Reynaldo Gilen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Costacurta having to interfere. Pastor Atarratze didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carter Marsili went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Pastor Atarratze came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by San Mauro A Mare FC's Aurelio Benarrivo. But to his dismay, Aurelio Benarrivo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Pastor Atarratze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Carulli in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Dave Pittelli notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Pastor Atarratze. Pastor Atarratze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. San Mauro A Mare FC were winning 0-5.

In the 50th minute, Dave Pittelli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pastor Atarratze. The goal made the score 0-6. In the 53rd minute, Carter Marsili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to San Mauro A Mare FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Aldo Amicone hit a great ball. Rodas Canillas hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Dave Pittelli scored to the left of an out of position Pastor Atarratze, making the score, 0-7. Fausto Rea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pastor Atarratze came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by San Mauro A Mare FC's Carter Marsili. But to his dismay, Carter Marsili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. After 91 played minutes San Mauro A Mare FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Nanni. In the 94th minute, Reynaldo Gilen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. San Mauro A Mare FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
