A collision led to Justicialista FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Alonzo Arnau hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Hurricanes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Muc came free, but Camille Lagrange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hurricanes FC's Marc Coupart got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 22nd match minute, Justicialista FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Romildo to maneuver through the defense. Rudy Tuttle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Justicialista FC booed when Hurricanes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erwin Oneill didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute Raul Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camille Lagrange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raul Gumaro was the one to do the kick off. A well-hit corner resulted in Javier Romildo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Justicialista FC's Luciano Quinton was substituted for Nemesio Muc. Camille Lagrange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Romildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
