FC Nordsjælland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Red Reign the free kick. A collision led to FC Nordsjælland getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Sindre Walle hit a great ball. In the 7th minute, Kirstein Luvard made a precise shot to the right of Oso Udoy. Red Reign's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Adam Dybhøj hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arlín Telleria in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henning Sæmer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Red Reign's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Brito Sande in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, Red Reign's Brito Sande got a free kick in the 19th minute. Henning Sæmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlín Telleria in the 24th minute of play. Henning Sæmer came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Reign's Arlín Telleria. But to his dismay, Arlín Telleria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mateo Guareña was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Arlín Telleria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Mateo Guareña notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Nordsjælland's Henning Sæmer. Red Reign's Brito Sande was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Henning Sæmer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Red Reign made a substitution. Octavio Balbin replaced Mateo Guareña. Red Reign's Javier Barricat was substituted for Bagui Caneiro. In the 79th minute, Octavio Balbin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henning Sæmer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4.
