Patric Ambjörnsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Limburg United getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Henri-Xavier Van Der Talen hit a great ball. Andrez Widdepenninck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patric Ambjörnsson in the 17th minute of the match. A collision led to Honung getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Charlie Petersson hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Urban Lundqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honung's supporters rose to their feet, but Urban Lundqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrez Widdepenninck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dany-Adams Van Halssbeeck got free with Valdemar Granberg in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andrez Widdepenninck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Erik Biörk, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. With a little luck, Honung's Valdemar Granberg got control of the ball when Dany-Adams Van Halssbeeck tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valdemar Granberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joris Lanphant in the 80th minute of play. Joris Lanphant kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The supporters of Limburg United booed when Honung was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnny Joensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Du Sausois in the 90th minute of play forced Honung's goalkeeper Valdemar Granberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Limburg United's Joris Lanphant nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdemar Granberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Limburg United played a much better game than Honung and deserved their victory. The Honung players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
