The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Eli got free with Andrez Widdepenninck in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on Limburg United's corner Dany-Adams Van Halssbeeck fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnoldo Kismi quite easily take care of the ball. Arnoldo Kismi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joris Lanphant, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Joris Lanphant had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnoldo Kismi. C. A. Atlanta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joris Lanphant was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 19 minutes of play, Limburg United's Simon Du Sausois made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnoldo Kismi was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the match, C. A. Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Du Sausois came free, but Arnoldo Kismi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Du Sausois took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnoldo Kismi. Arnoldo Kismi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Arnoldo Kismi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Du Sausois, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Andrez Widdepenninck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Ferran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Limburg United were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Du Sausois stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, C. A. Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Du Sausois came free, but Arnoldo Kismi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Nicasio Primeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Eli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Andrez Widdepenninck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrez Widdepenninck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Ferran in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, C. A. Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Bakar to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the game, C. A. Atlanta's Cleto Ferran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andrez Widdepenninck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Joris Lanphant could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Arnoldo Kismi made a huge save. Nicasio Primeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicasio Primeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 81st minute of the game. One of C. A. Atlanta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Limburg United:s goal. Dany-Adams Van Halssbeeck shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal.
