In the 4th minute, Amancio Tallia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mainumby's Armando Beltza got a free kick in the 6th minute. Benigno Ilazki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbie Van Beylen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mainumby booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dany-Adams Van Halssbeeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrez Widdepenninck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Olivar in the 18th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Limburg United's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Oinatz came free, but Andrez Widdepenninck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, Limburg United's Joris Lanphant made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benigno Ilazki was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 29 played minutes Mainumby got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Omero. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Beltza in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrez Widdepenninck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dany-Adams Van Halssbeeck in the 36th minute of play forced Mainumby's goalkeeper Benigno Ilazki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benigno Ilazki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joris Lanphant went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Dany-Adams Van Halssbeeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Benigno Ilazki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Joris Lanphant ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benigno Ilazki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.

Mainumby's Conrado Nisio was substituted for Honorato Omero. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robbie Van Beylen made a kick off. Matijs Artois hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Mainumby's Benigno Ilazki got control of the ball when Dany-Adams Van Halssbeeck tried to sneak it across the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Mainumby's goal looked a bit too open when Joris Lanphant came free, but Benigno Ilazki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Beltza in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrez Widdepenninck saved Limburg United from getting behind. Andrez Widdepenninck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerardo Oinatz went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Benigno Ilazki made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Joris Lanphant sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the match, Mainumby's Gerardo Oinatz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrez Widdepenninck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Benigno Ilazki successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mainumby's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Joris Lanphant scored to the left of an out of position Benigno Ilazki, making the score, 1-5. Benigno Ilazki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robbie Van Beylen in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Limburg United getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Robbie Van Beylen hit a great ball. The Mainumby fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Limburg United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
