In the 18th minute Konrad Zagrobelny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Colasante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil Piszczor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosimo Benedetti in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Corrente in the 31st minute of play forced KN ZGORZELEC's goalkeeper Emil Piszczor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Konrad Zagrobelny made a kick off. Alfredo De Cesaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Piszczor having to interfere. In the 54th match minute, KN ZGORZELEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kajetan Czciborek to maneuver through the defense. Emil Piszczor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Corrente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the game, Alfredo Corrente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Emil Piszczor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arturo Maldini during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arturo Maldini hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Arturo Maldini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KN ZGORZELEC's Stanislaw Sienkiewicz was substituted for Konrad Zagrobelny. KN ZGORZELEC's Genaro Gattuso managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arturo Maldini in the 69 minute of the game. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Alfredo Corrente sped through KN ZGORZELEC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emil Piszczor. 77 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo De Cesaris came free, but Emil Piszczor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patryk Madajczyk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Francesco Colasante when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 86 minutes into the match, Stanislaw Sienkiewicz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Francesco Colasante, 2-1. KN ZGORZELEC's Emil Piszczor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosimo Benedetti in the 89th minute of play. Francesco Colasante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislaw Sienkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Francesco Colasante made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Patryk Madajczyk sent off a good shot on target. A.C. Patagonia were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of KN ZGORZELEC for a fine match.
