Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edwin Ortiz in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Quinnell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Edwin Ortiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Quinnell was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 12thth minute of the game Edwin Ortiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Alexander Quinnell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. AFC United's Pedro Torrens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregg Beer in the 14th minute of play. Alexander Quinnell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Ortiz in the 16th minute of the match. Hector-Luis Conllas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to AFC United getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Anxo Labrada hit a great ball. With his leg Alexander Quinnell managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when AFC United's Edwin Ortiz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. AFC United's Pedro Torrens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias Pike in the 23rd minute of play. Carson Coleman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Torrens having to interfere. Pedro Torrens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregg Beer in the 26th minute of play. When Lalo Buenaga came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the AFC United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lalo Buenaga couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the game, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Gregg Beer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Torrens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Edwin Ortiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Alexander Quinnell made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edwin Ortiz was the one to do the kick off. During the 60th minute of the match Pirro Pereta completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Pirro Pereta a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 60 played minutes AFC United got a freekick which was hit by Pirro Pereta. David Kile kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Ortiz in the 69th minute of play forced AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's goalkeeper Alexander Quinnell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Torrens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carson Coleman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 72 minute of play. In the 75th match minute, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthias Pike to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carson Coleman got free with Pedro Torrens in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Torrens was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Matthias Pike capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Matthias Pike really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 89th minute, Edwin Ortiz made a precise shot to the right of Alexander Quinnell. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Alexander Quinnell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector-Luis Conllas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexander Quinnell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector-Luis Conllas in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
