With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernandinho Loureiro in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorato Montrel saved Boulogne del Ciclón from getting behind. 8 minutes into the match, Boulogne del Ciclón's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Loureiro came free, but Honorato Montrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorato Montrel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas Marinho in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Scarlet Speedster booed when Boulogne del Ciclón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Hats didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Silas Marinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Honorato Montrel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Honorato Montrel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandinho Loureiro in the 22nd minute of play. Scarlet Speedster's Eurico Diniz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Scarlet Speedster from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Boulogne del Ciclón's Higinio Ishmael got a free kick in the 31st minute. Zézinho Vargas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Honorato Montrel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernandinho Loureiro's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Boulogne in the 38th minute of play forced Scarlet Speedster's goalkeeper Eurico Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reinaldo Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Montrel having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Boulogne del Ciclón got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Ishmael. Honorato Montrel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernandinho Loureiro went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcos Boulogne to make the kick off. After 55 minutes Scarlet Speedster's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Higinio Ishmael who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Boulogne del Ciclón's Higinio Ishmael to fire away a dangerous shot which Eurico Diniz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 56 minutes, Iker Estavan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boulogne del Ciclón and the Scarlet Speedster players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iker Estavan kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Scarlet Speedster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Gerber to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the match, Scarlet Speedster's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Hats came free, but Eurico Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Scarlet Speedster defense, Marcos Boulogne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eurico Diniz. The Scarlet Speedster fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eurico Diniz should have stopped the shot. Haroldo Firmin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 73 minutes into the match. The supporters of Scarlet Speedster booed when Boulogne del Ciclón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Firmin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorato Montrel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zézinho Vargas in the 75th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcel Gerber during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eurico Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Estavan, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Honorato Montrel made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Zézinho Vargas sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Boulogne del Ciclón booed when Scarlet Speedster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Gerber didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Higinio Ishmael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honorato Montrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Loureiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some careless play in the Scarlet Speedster defense, Marcos Boulogne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eurico Diniz. The Scarlet Speedster fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eurico Diniz should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Scarlet Speedster getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Reinaldo Maia hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Fernandinho Loureiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Honorato Montrel. That made the score 2-5 in the 96 minute of play. Scarlet Speedster played a much better game than Boulogne del Ciclón and deserved their victory. The Boulogne del Ciclón players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
