After a rather tough play, Scarlet Speedster's Reinaldo Maia got a free kick in the 5th minute. Eurico Diniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Rayman in the 10th minute of the match. Eurico Diniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Rayman in the 16th minute of play. Brown Puerto Madryn's Siro Joseph played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romário Ceresso in the 18th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Scarlet Speedster got a freekick which was hit by Romário Ceresso. A collision led to Brown Puerto Madryn getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Danilo Urbez hit a great ball. In the 26th minute Romário Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Joseph saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siro Joseph was a little too slow when Fernandinho Loureiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. Danilo Urbez charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Urbez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Brown Puerto Madryn getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Danilo Urbez hit a great ball. Siro Joseph showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinaldo Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Marcel Gerber hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernandinho Loureiro was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zézinho Vargas in the 55th minute of play forced Brown Puerto Madryn's goalkeeper Siro Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Scarlet Speedster fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! Jonathan Rayman's late challenge caught a Scarlet Speedster's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Rayman helped the player get up and apologised. Jonathan Rayman kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Reinaldo Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Fernandinho Loureiro scored 3-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Siro Joseph, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Brown Puerto Madryn's zone, Reinaldo Maia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Siro Joseph came out of the goal and Reinaldo Maia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zézinho Vargas charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zézinho Vargas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zézinho Vargas hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 81 played minutes Scarlet Speedster got a freekick which was hit by Fernandinho Loureiro. After 86 minutes, Desiderio Rexino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brown Puerto Madryn and the Scarlet Speedster players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes Brown Puerto Madryn got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Rexino. After 90 played minutes Brown Puerto Madryn got a freekick which was hit by Rene Mero. Fernandinho Loureiro scored 4-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Siro Joseph, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Scarlet Speedster fans cheered their team off the field, for while Brown Puerto Madryn had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
