BMB IMOVEIS SC's André Luiz Vides got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luís Lima in the 17th minute of play. Emanuel Paranaense blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jean Donato having to make a save. Sérgio de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luís Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, André Luiz Vides notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Red John S.K's Jean Donato. Jean Donato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sérgio de Azevedo was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Hudson dos Santos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hudson dos Santos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Thanks to some nice moves Leandro Soares could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Sérgio de Azevedo however easily saved by the left post. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luís Lima in the 40th minute of play. Hudson dos Santos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Sérgio de Azevedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 47 minutes, Laerte Arantes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BMB IMOVEIS SC and the Red John S.K players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, BMB IMOVEIS SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laerte Arantes to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Luís Lima stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Erasmo Faria fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red John S.K's protests and gave Erasmo Faria a yellow card for diving instead. Erasmo Faria hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When Red John S.K's Pedro Luís Lima in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 61 minutes, Cafu de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BMB IMOVEIS SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cafu de Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sérgio de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hudson dos Santos in the 74th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathias Vidal during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 played minutes BMB IMOVEIS SC got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Vidal. In the 91st minute of the match Breno Ceresso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sérgio de Azevedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sérgio de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Luís Lima's shot from short distance in the 95th minute.
