Edmundo Linhares charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edmundo Linhares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, TRAKINAS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Linhares to maneuver through the defense. Yeray Lisperguer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danilo Mello stood somewhat misplaced when Tanio Lezaeta came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 18 minute. Gernando Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Danilo Mello successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. TRAKINAS FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Tanio Lezaeta scored to the left of an out of position Danilo Mello, making the score, 3-0. 28 minutes into the match, TRAKINAS FC's Waldir Peixoto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Apolo Larrañaga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 35 played minutes TRAKINAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Válter Terra. Waldir Peixoto scored 5-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apolo Larrañaga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

In the 53rd minute, Tanio Lezaeta made a precise shot to the right of Danilo Mello. TRAKINAS FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. After a rather tough play, TRAKINAS FC's Gernando Gerber got a free kick in the 58th minute. Jacinto Cross fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Mello having to interfere. After some careless play in the TRAKINAS FC defense, Tanio Lezaeta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danilo Mello. The TRAKINAS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danilo Mello should have stopped the shot. 65 minutes into the game, Waldir Peixoto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Apolo Larrañaga. Waldir Peixoto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-2. Gernando Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Cross in the 69th minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Danilo Mello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jacinto Cross came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Talcampeón FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Cross couldn't finish the play. Danilo Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanio Lezaeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, TRAKINAS FC's Giovanni Pirani got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute of the match Tanio Lezaeta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danilo Mello showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
