Jaromír Coufal started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanio Lezaeta in the 3rd minute of play forced Rohozec's goalkeeper Jaroslav Kůrka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaromír Coufal scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apolo Larrañaga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanio Lezaeta in the 9th minute of play forced Rohozec's goalkeeper Jaroslav Kůrka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Tanio Lezaeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jaroslav Kůrka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jaroslav Kůrka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanio Lezaeta in the 14th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jaromír Coufal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Apolo Larrañaga. That made the score 2-1 in the 15 minute of play. With a little luck, Talcampeón FC's Apolo Larrañaga got control of the ball when Jaromír Coufal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tanio Lezaeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tanio Lezaeta in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaroslav Kůrka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Talcampeón FC booed when Rohozec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Chrástek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vladimír Osvald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaromír Coufal in the 33rd minute of play forced Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Apolo Larrañaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaromír Coufals short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Apolo Larrañaga to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rohozec's Jaroslav Kůrka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanio Lezaeta in the 44th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the game, Tanio Lezaeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Jaroslav Kůrka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Rohozec defense, Tanio Lezaeta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaroslav Kůrka. The Rohozec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaroslav Kůrka should have stopped the shot. 59 minutes into the game, Rómulo Ventura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talcampeón FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rohozec the free kick. Vladimír Osvald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Apolo Larrañaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Rohozec's goalkeeper Jaroslav Kůrka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacinto Cross. Jaroslav Kůrka made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Tanio Lezaeta sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ysmael Peraza got free with Jaroslav Kůrka in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rohozec's Jaroslav Kůrka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanio Lezaeta in the 85th minute of play. Ysmael Peraza hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Rohozec manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Talcampeón FC to win.
