Edinson Gentenaar started the match with the kick off. When Jonas Rozarius came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the La Acade fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Rozarius couldn't finish the play. After 9 minutes, Marco Indar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Acade and the JFSP players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes La Acade got a freekick which was hit by Marco Indar. A collision led to La Acade getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Jonas Rozarius hit a great ball. Juan Blai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edinson Gentenaar in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeferson Aguiar in the 16th minute of play forced La Acade's goalkeeper Juan Blai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of La Acade booed when JFSP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horácio Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Indar was shown his second yellow card after 29 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Kléberson Laguna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Rozarius in the 33rd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Jonas Rozarius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kléberson Laguna. JFSP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Rozarius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Ismael Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When JFSP's Edinson Gentenaar in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Acade's goalie prevented a goal. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Acade's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rubinho Zanette was slow to take the kick. During this time JFSP's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on JFSP's corner Rubinho Zanette fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Juan Blai quite easily take care of the ball. When JFSP's Edinson Gentenaar in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Acade's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnoldo Mogel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juan Blai didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when JFSP's Edinson Gentenaar shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. La Acade's Juan Blai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Dalberg in the 55th minute of play. Jeferson Aguiar hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Ismael Neiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Blai was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Jeferson Aguiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Blai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. JFSP's Ismael Neiva got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Edinson Gentenaar put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Juan Blai. Edinson Gentenaar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Blai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Coutinho in the 87th minute of the match. Joel Estefan's late challenge caught a JFSP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Estefan helped the player get up and apologised. Joel Estefan kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. JFSP's Ismael Neiva got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92ndth minute of the game Edinson Gentenaar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Acade's Juan Blai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeferson Aguiar struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Juan Blai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JFSP. After a rather tough play, JFSP's Jeferson Aguiar got a free kick in the 95th minute. JFSP were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of La Acade for a fine match.
