Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Juan Romero took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 played minutes General Velásquez got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Genovesi. 8 minutes into the match, Jorge Vicente Squella notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Scofield's Fabian Pello. Fabian Pello was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the match, Jorge Vicente Squella had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Pello. Scofield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Vicente Squella was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Fabian Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Irigoyen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Scofield's goalkeeper Fabian Pello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Vicente Squella. In the 20th minute, General Velásquez's Apolo Irigoyen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabian Pello. Fabian Pello yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. In the 24th minute of the match, Guntademaro Goyenechea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fabian Pello saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 27 minutes into the match, Scofield's goalkeeper Fabian Pello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Apolo Irigoyen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Vicente Squella in the 28th minute of play forced Scofield's goalkeeper Fabian Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of General Velásquez booed when Scofield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Colon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guntademaro Goyenechea to make the kick off. When General Velásquez's Apolo Irigoyen in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Scofield's goalie prevented a goal. If Abel Gilesindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuelo Oñez y Loyola in the 59th minute of play forced Scofield's goalkeeper Fabian Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Jorge Vicente Squella put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fabian Pello. Fabian Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Vicente Squella in the 72nd minute of play. Adolfo Colon kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 80th minute Jorge Vicente Squella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guntademaro Goyenechea in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Pello saved Scofield from getting behind. Scofield's Fabian Pello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guntademaro Goyenechea in the 90th minute of play. Gustav Tidéksson hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the General Velásquez players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
