The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ni Zhou Hong got free with Guido Luar in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cugat Marines in the 5th minute. After 9 played minutes Legio X Eqvestris got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Velasco. Baltazar Fonticoba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guido Luar having to make a save. After 13 played minutes Legio X Eqvestris got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Michael. Joey Rosario's late challenge caught a Legio X Eqvestris's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joey Rosario helped the player get up and apologised. Hernan Velasco charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernan Velasco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 19 played minutes Legio X Eqvestris got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Velasco. After 24 played minutes ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO got a freekick which was hit by Juan Viqueira. After 28 played minutes Ni Zhou Hong rounded Legio X Eqvestris's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anacleto Mincho in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xorxe Soldado saved ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO from getting behind. Xorxe Soldado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Haritz in the 36th minute of the match. Glenn Tipton hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Gustavo Luzaide's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xorxe Soldado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Guido Luar was a little too slow when Ruperto Mendez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 3-0. Guido Luar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Mendez in the 47th minute. Legio X Eqvestris's Guido Luar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cugat Marines in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Guido Haritz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Xorxe Soldado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Guido Haritz put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Xorxe Soldado. In the 58th minute, Anacleto Mincho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xorxe Soldado was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Anacleto Mincho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anacleto Mincho really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. 64 minutes into the match, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goalkeeper Xorxe Soldado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matias Obeko. Guido Luar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltazar Fonticoba in the 65th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Haritz came free, but Xorxe Soldado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Luar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ni Zhou Hong in the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes into the game, Ni Zhou Hong cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Guido Luar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 78 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goal looked a bit too open when Cugat Marines came free, but Guido Luar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ni Zhou Hong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 82 played minutes Legio X Eqvestris got a freekick which was hit by Matias Obeko. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Haritz got free with Xorxe Soldado in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guido Haritz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Xorxe Soldado when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alarico Borrás kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
