In the 4th minute Melquiades Poz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Rajoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 minutes SC Pfullendorf's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gary Neville who took care of the corner kick. When Aldo Loco fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BloodHounds F.C.'s protests and gave Aldo Loco a yellow card for diving instead. Pascual Lizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loramendi Jurado in the 15th minute of play. When Achraf Hakimi fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BloodHounds F.C.'s protests and gave Achraf Hakimi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Pfullendorf booed when BloodHounds F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achraf Hakimi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marquez Tobias has a good long shot, which he once again showed in the 17th minute of the match. Unfortunately the ball hit the outside of the left post. When Leopoldo Pastor fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Pfullendorf's protests and gave Leopoldo Pastor a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SC Pfullendorf's Leopoldo Pastor got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, BloodHounds F.C.'s goalkeeper Pascual Lizar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Presebal Japón. If Igor Loramendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvador Rajoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Loramendi went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Eloy Fiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Francisco Blanco charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 56th minute Presebal Japón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Lizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Loco struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Salvador Rajoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BloodHounds F.C.. 69 minutes into the match, BloodHounds F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marquez Tobias came free, but Pascual Lizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Presebal Japón in the 70th minute of play forced BloodHounds F.C.'s goalkeeper Pascual Lizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 minutes of play, SC Pfullendorf's Hanot Feliu made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pascual Lizar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marquez Tobias's late challenge caught a BloodHounds F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marquez Tobias helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 played minutes SC Pfullendorf got a freekick which was hit by Marquez Tobias. After a rather tough play, SC Pfullendorf's Zoel Nobo got a free kick in the 80th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zoel Nobo during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zoel Nobo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in SC Pfullendorf's zone, Igor Loramendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Rajoi came out of the goal and Igor Loramendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salvador Rajoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Loco, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
