In the 37th minute, Zarando Cordoba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrik Ennegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Basilio Mederi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Arman Åberg fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haymakers FC's protests and gave Arman Åberg a yellow card for diving instead. Davi Isac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Librado in the 46th minute of play. Haymakers FC's Roland Giliusson got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

In the 52nd minute, Arman Åberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Haymakers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 54th match minute, Haymakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Bocklund to maneuver through the defense. Basilio Mederi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Dahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Davi Isac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Librado in the 63rd minute of play. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Basilio Mederi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Edvin Dahlberg in the 64th minute of play. When Florencio Librado fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BAC Belgrano de Cba's protests and gave Florencio Librado a yellow card for diving instead. Davi Isac made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Lore in the 69th minute. Zarando Cordoba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Davi Isac made a huge save. Basilio Mederi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Dahlberg in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zarando Cordoba in the 75th minute of play forced Haymakers FC's goalkeeper Davi Isac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Davi Isac made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Calvet in the 80th minute. Basilio Mederi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Villiam Tidén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Haymakers FC defense, Alberto Calvet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Davi Isac. The Haymakers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Davi Isac should have stopped the shot. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Sérgio Peixoto was substituted for Adrianinho Lago. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Davi Isac successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to BAC Belgrano de Cba getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Arnulfo Atarratze hit a great ball. The BAC Belgrano de Cba supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BAC Belgrano de Cba would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
