An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Ferrer in the 26th minute of play forced FC Rägi's goalkeeper Uwe Allemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half FC Rägi were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
FC Rägi made a substitution. Bastien Theissl replaced Alajos Kaiser. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hector Ferrer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Atletico Saladillo FC's Isidoro Regis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pieter Montechiaro in the 53rd minute of play. The FC Rägi fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when FC Rägi's Pieter Montechiaro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Isidoro Regis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Atletico Saladillo FC booed when FC Rägi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pieter Montechiaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atletico Saladillo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jeronimo Loiola in the 62nd minute. The corner led Atletico Saladillo FC's Jeronimo Loiola to fire away a dangerous shot which Uwe Allemann despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 65th match minute, Atletico Saladillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Odon to maneuver through the defense. Atletico Saladillo FC's Isidoro Regis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Saladillo FC from getting a goal against them. After 71 minutes of play, Atletico Saladillo FC's Bernardino Frisco made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
