Célio Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mert Kerdiğe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edvaldo Leal was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Guto Bastos took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Sefa Rahmet to make any attempt to save it. Célio Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mert Kerdiğe, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Amauri Sampaio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Sefa Rahmet made a huge save. In the 79th minute of the match, Amauri Sampaio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sefa Rahmet saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
