Edinho Lira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Locaio Jerez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Gort kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Matias Gorri put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Modesto Farto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Locaio Jerez in the 19th minute of play forced TZILACATZIN's goalkeeper Edinho Lira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fulgencio Limia charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
