An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipo Inzaghi in the 7th minute of play forced NAGANO F.C's goalkeeper Sanchez Vagrande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Gvidas Špokas heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a defensive mix-up in NAGANO F.C's zone, Wincenty Mocko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sanchez Vagrande came out of the goal and Wincenty Mocko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Wincenty Mocko came free, but Sanchez Vagrande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 minutes NAGANO F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dobromir Raszkiewicz who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Antonio Abeitia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but NAGANO F.C's Sanchez Vagrande did a great save. Sanchez Vagrande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Raszkiewicz in the 19th minute of play. Filipo Inzaghi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Sanchez Vagrande was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Filipo Inzaghi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Filipo Inzaghi really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Sanchez Vagrande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Abeitia in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Jamal Musiala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, MKS Mazur Ełk's goal looked a bit too open when Zhang Ang came free, but Barnaba Kiszkiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute of the match, Filipo Inzaghi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sanchez Vagrande was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wincenty Mocko to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Idacio Helguera in the 92nd minute of play forced NAGANO F.C's goalkeeper Sanchez Vagrande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filipo Inzaghi took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sanchez Vagrande. Sanchez Vagrande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0.
