If Clóvis Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerônimo Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Nascimento in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Clóvis Fonseca got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Perivaldo Castro hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The supporters of Cachaça FC booed when Until Five was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Régis Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Cachaça FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldinho Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Luís Fernando Vaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerônimo Araújo. Until Five's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luís Fernando Vaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Clóvis Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto de Godoi having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Until Five's goal looked a bit too open when Luisão Pimenta came free, but Jerônimo Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Until Five's Régis Baptista got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Osvaldinho Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Osvaldo Nascimento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerônimo Araújo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2.

After 52 played minutes Until Five got a freekick which was hit by Elder Marinho. Jerônimo Araújo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Osvaldo Nascimento showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 53 minute of play. After 56 played minutes Osvaldo Nascimento rounded Until Five's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. In the 60th minute, Until Five's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Osvaldinho Fernandes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Luisão Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisão Pimenta during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Cachaça FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisão Pimenta to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Nascimento notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Until Five's Jerônimo Araújo. Jerônimo Araújo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Until Five's goalkeeper Jerônimo Araújo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cachaça FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
