Dominik Skikiewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dominik Skikiewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Real Racing Club booed when KKS Lech Poznań was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Skikiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Meti Gol came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Real Racing Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Meti Gol couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Henry in the 10th minute of play forced KKS Lech Poznań's goalkeeper Boruc Praski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Real Racing Club's Meti Gol in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KKS Lech Poznań's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute, Tigran Mosca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind KKS Lech Poznań's goalkeeper Boruc Praski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Erling Jering struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Boruc Praski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Racing Club. In the 24th minute Emiliano Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Praski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Erling Jering got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dominik Skikiewicz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 28 minutes had been played. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Meti Gol in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boruc Praski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erling Jering took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boruc Praski. Boruc Praski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 36 minutes of play, Real Racing Club's Erling Jering made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boruc Praski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41stth minute of the game Meti Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KKS Lech Poznań's Boruc Praski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to KKS Lech Poznań getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Stefan Dzierwa hit a great ball. Real Racing Club's Gaudencio Lixandro got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emiliano Henry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Praski having to interfere.
The wind increased when Meti Gol made the kick off in the second half. Erling Jering sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 54 minutes, Napoleon Dzerwucki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KKS Lech Poznań and the Real Racing Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Napoleon Dzerwucki hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After having played for 55 minutes, Meti Gol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meti Gol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boruc Praski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erling Jering in the 56th minute of play. Emiliano Henry struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Boruc Praski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Racing Club. Meti Gol might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boruc Praski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Meti Gol ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Meti Gol put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Boruc Praski. Boruc Praski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Gelmiro in the 71st minute of play. Boruc Praski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Firme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, KKS Lech Poznań's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Larpe came free, but Boruc Praski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Gaudencio Lixandro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaudencio Lixandro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boruc Praski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Boruc Praski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Meti Gol's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Gelmiro in the 79th minute of play forced KKS Lech Poznań's goalkeeper Boruc Praski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Real Racing Club's Nunez Larpe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Boruc Praski. Boruc Praski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Meti Gol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Meti Gol in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boruc Praski saved KKS Lech Poznań from getting behind. Boruc Praski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erling Jering in the 95th minute of the match.
