KKS Lech Poznań's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danny Rubinos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 23 minutes into the match, KKS Lech Poznań's goal looked a bit too open when Danny Rubinos came free, but Boruc Praski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, KKS Lech Poznań's Miromir Kaczanka got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Boruc Praski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ximenez Aller in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paúl Zubieta in the 26th minute of play forced KKS Lech Poznań's goalkeeper Boruc Praski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boruc Praski came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Roneros F.C.'s Danny Rubinos. But to his dismay, Danny Rubinos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Boruc Praski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ximenez Aller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, KKS Lech Poznań's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Franco Chapital fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. KKS Lech Poznań's Dominik Skikiewicz suffered a fractured collar bone after 64 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 64 minutes into the game, Hernando Barriga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 80 minutes of play, Roneros F.C.'s Ximenez Aller made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boruc Praski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd match minute, Roneros F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xuoco Zaera to maneuver through the defense. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xulian Vegal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of KKS Lech Poznań booed when Roneros F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ysmael Callergos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonard Wojtowicz hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Ximenez Aller in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Boruc Praski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 91st minute Ximenez Aller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Praski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 minutes, Radomil Kolba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KKS Lech Poznań and the Roneros F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Radomil Kolba hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Ximenez Aller took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boruc Praski. Boruc Praski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. The KKS Lech Poznań fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Roneros F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
