Doni Senna started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Juventus PTM getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Cornel Doman hit a great ball. Donato Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Juventus PTM's Martin Rioşanu got a free kick in the 14th minute. Luiz Fabiano Dias struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Virgil Lixandru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivedos. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Renato Galvão during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Olivedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Renato Galvão to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Juventus PTM's goal looked a bit too open when Nando Sampaio came free, but Virgil Lixandru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olivedos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luiz Fabiano Dias in the 21st minute. Juventus PTM's Cornel Bourceanu came free and shot a quick shot against goal 31 minutes in the game, fortunately Laerte da Silveira had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Doni Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Virgil Lixandru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laerte da Silveira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valeriu Videanu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 43 minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Juventus PTM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornel Bourceanu to maneuver through the defense. Virgil Lixandru came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Olivedos's Aníbal Marques. But to his dismay, Aníbal Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Virgil Lixandru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 62nd minute, Paulo Renato Galvão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aníbal Marques struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Virgil Lixandru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivedos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Renato Galvão in the 65th minute of play forced Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Virgil Lixandru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Renato Galvão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Lixandru having to interfere. Laerte da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valeriu Videanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aníbal Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Lixandru having to interfere. In the 85th minute Doni Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Lixandru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laerte da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornel Bourceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 97 played minutes Juventus PTM got a freekick which was hit by Cornel Bourceanu. Olivedos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
