Edwin Sjöberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustav Almkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edwin Sjöberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustav Almkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ViHörs were furious when Charles Skager was red carded, 19 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 19th minute, Charles Skager hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in ViHörs's zone, Johannes Stenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustav Almkvist came out of the goal and Johannes Stenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustav Almkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edwin Sjöberg's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After 27 minutes of play, Onsala Ass Kickers's Edwin Sjöberg made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustav Almkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edwin Sjöberg in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustav Almkvist saved ViHörs from getting behind. Edwin Sjöberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Edwin Sjöberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustav Almkvist was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Gustav Almkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Sjöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Sivert Hellsing made the kick off in the second half. ViHörs's Gustav Almkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Sjöberg in the 53rd minute of play. Edwin Sjöberg charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edwin Sjöberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Onsala Ass Kickers getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Edwin Sjöberg hit a great ball. Gustav Almkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Sjöberg in the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Ingvar Kellbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Sjöberg in the 64th minute of play forced ViHörs's goalkeeper Gustav Almkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hjalmar Påk hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Sjöberg got free with Gustav Almkvist in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mattias Samuelsson made in the 69th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Elliot Hedström however managed to control. Edwin Sjöberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustav Almkvist having to make a save. 81 minutes into the match, ViHörs's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Sjöberg came free, but Gustav Almkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Edwin Sjöberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Axel Uggstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Gustav Almkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingvar Kellbom struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Thomas Hägglund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ViHörs. Sivert Hellsing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Gustav Almkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
