In the 14th minute Lenílson do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Almkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jan-Ove Fransson fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ViHörs's protests and gave Jan-Ove Fransson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Alvi Verde booed when ViHörs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Ove Fransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute of the match ViHörs got a corner. Alvi Verde's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elliot Hedström ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Lenílson do Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alvi Verde's protests and gave Lenílson do Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Duarte Couto got free with Gustav Almkvist in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Duarte Couto during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Duarte Couto hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Måns Askberg in the 56th minute of play forced Alvi Verde's goalkeeper Germano do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ViHörs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alvi Verde the free kick. After a rather tough play, ViHörs's Ingvar Kellbom got a free kick in the 76th minute. When Mattias Samuelsson fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ViHörs's protests and gave Mattias Samuelsson a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of ViHörs:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alvi Verde:s goal. The supporters of ViHörs booed when Alvi Verde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murilo Stein didn't get a good kick on the ball. ViHörs's Gustav Almkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson do Nascimento in the 87th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Lenílson do Nascimento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustav Almkvist was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Alvi Verde played a much better game than ViHörs and deserved their victory. The ViHörs players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
