Dorio Estrada hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Laurgain Lama could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Gildo Nogueira made a huge save. Hermínio Neiva charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermínio Neiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th match minute, BRASIL.Sp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermínio Neiva to maneuver through the defense. Horácio Ferraz charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Gildo Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Griego in the 43rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ian Martins in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quilo Bartumeu saved April 25 SC from getting behind.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hermínio Neiva made a kick off. Quilo Bartumeu was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Hermínio Neiva capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hermínio Neiva really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 73rd minute, Jerônimo de Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hermínio Neiva took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quilo Bartumeu. Quilo Bartumeu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Ian Martins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Quilo Bartumeu having to make a save. Quilo Bartumeu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermínio Neiva in the 93rd minute of play. BRASIL.Sp's Gildo Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Griego in the 95th minute of play. The BRASIL.Sp supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BRASIL.Sp would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
