Moises Pereyra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Quilo Bartumeu made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Moises Pereyra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Quilo Bartumeu was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. A collision led to April 25 SC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Eli Antunez hit a great ball. April 25 SC's Quilo Bartumeu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Isauro in the 38th minute of play. Quilo Bartumeu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Mateo in the 39th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Moises Pereyra could shoot a difficult shot in the 41st minute, which Quilo Bartumeu however easily saved by the left post. La Bichineta's Moises Pereyra came free and shot a quick shot against goal 43 minutes in the game, fortunately Quilo Bartumeu had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melchor Griego to make the kick off.
