After a defensive mix-up in Palermo AFC's zone, Patryk Ogrodowicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Alonso came out of the goal and Patryk Ogrodowicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Celestino Evangelista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palermo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Edgar Gozdowski kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Palermo AFC's Anacleto Damario got a free kick in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Tytus Karaszkiewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jairo Alonso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 24 minutes into the game, Tytus Karaszkiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KP Opel Kamień's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palermo AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, KP Opel Kamień's Tytus Karaszkiewicz got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute, Tytus Karaszkiewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jairo Alonso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When Radomil Wlodyga fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KP Opel Kamień's protests and gave Radomil Wlodyga a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, Radomil Wlodyga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Celestino Evangelista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Octavio Frascuelo charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octavio Frascuelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Karaszkiewicz in the 46th minute of play forced Palermo AFC's goalkeeper Jairo Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 51 played minutes KP Opel Kamień got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Gozdowski. After 52 played minutes, Palermo AFC's Anacleto Damario shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roch Wietrzychowski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Palermo AFC reached it. Roch Wietrzychowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Gozdowski during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to KP Opel Kamień getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Edgar Gozdowski hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Patryk Ogrodowicz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jairo Alonso, passed just outside the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as KP Opel Kamień's Patryk Ogrodowicz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jairo Alonso. That made the score 1-3 after 57 minutes of play. In the 64th minute, Celestino Evangelista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roch Wietrzychowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Roch Wietrzychowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Stanislao in the 69th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Octavio Frascuelo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roch Wietrzychowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Tytus Karaszkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Alonso having to interfere. Jairo Alonso made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Tytus Karaszkiewicz sent off a good shot on target. Palermo AFC's Jairo Alonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Palermo AFC from getting a goal against them. Roch Wietrzychowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clodoveo Rodriguez went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. Tytus Karaszkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jairo Alonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Palermo AFC were the better team. Palermo AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
