The supporters of Pinhote FC booed when 大汉•钓鱼岛 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. 罗林崇 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Ornelas, 4 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 9 played minutes 大汉•钓鱼岛 got a freekick which was hit by 麦博南. Eusébio Salgueiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but 严益竞 made a huge save. 11 minutes into the game, Eusébio Salgueiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. 严益竞 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alberto Domingos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 陈寒振, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, 大汉•钓鱼岛's 严益竞 got control of the ball when Delfim Prada tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the last second 严益竞 throw himself and got hold of the ball when Herberto Bento in the 24thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 25 minutes into the game, Herberto Bento lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated 严益竞. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Eusébio Salgueiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pinhote FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Salgueiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 严益竞 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herberto Bento succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. If Delfim Prada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45th play minutes Herberto Bento shot 5-0, a short shot which went by 严益竞 and just under the crossbar into goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 陈寒振 to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delfim Prada in the 53rd minute of play forced 大汉•钓鱼岛's goalkeeper 严益竞 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, Eusébio Salgueiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind 大汉•钓鱼岛's goalkeeper 严益竞, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 64 minutes of play, Pinhote FC's Eusébio Salgueiro made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 严益竞 was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 71st play minutes Herberto Bento shot 7-0, a short shot which went by 严益竞 and just under the crossbar into goal. After 74 minutes, Teodoro Ornelas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pinhote FC and the 大汉•钓鱼岛 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teodoro Ornelas kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, 大汉•钓鱼岛's 贺锋烽 got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 81st minute, Nicolau Alvarenga made a precise shot to the right of 严益竞. 大汉•钓鱼岛's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pinhote FC fully deserved thier win.
