The tension between the MDS Soccer Club and the Bezek players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 7 played minutes MDS Soccer Club got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Travassos. After a rather tough play, Bezek's Miroslaw Skrzypek got a free kick in the 8th minute. Miroslaw Skrzypek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the MDS Soccer Club defense, Miroslaw Skrzypek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flávio Leme. The MDS Soccer Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flávio Leme should have stopped the shot. Flávio Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslaw Skrzypek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Cyryl Gozdowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flávio Leme. MDS Soccer Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cyryl Gozdowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With 29 minutes on the clock, Leopoldo Travassos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for MDS Soccer Club! 32 minutes into the game, Bezek's Miroslaw Skrzypek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flávio Leme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The supporters of Bezek booed when MDS Soccer Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fábio Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flávio Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyryl Gozdowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Miroslaw Skrzypek scored 0-5 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flávio Leme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bezek's Miroslaw Skrzypek got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, MDS Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Karol Rakiewicz came free, but Flávio Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The MDS Soccer Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bezek were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miroslaw Skrzypek to make the kick off. Diguinho Catarinense might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaw Oryl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diguinho Catarinense ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustaw Oryl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beto Fontes in the 85th minute of the match. MDS Soccer Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Miroslaw Skrzypek scored to the left of an out of position Flávio Leme, making the score, 0-10. Bezek played a much better game than MDS Soccer Club and deserved their victory. The MDS Soccer Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
