Artur Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Matei in the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute Gervasio Matei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Saraiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Casomiro in the 7th minute of play. When Gervasio Matei came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Simbo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gervasio Matei couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Matei in the 15th minute of play forced Lea FC's goalkeeper Artur Saraiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Simbo FC's Severiano Bonifaco got control of the ball when Luís Eduardo Lago tried to sneak it across the goal line. Artur Saraiva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 34 played minutes Lea FC got a freekick which was hit by Guga Fernandez. In the 37th minute, Gervasio Matei made a precise shot to the right of Artur Saraiva. Lea FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Artur Saraiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Matei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lea FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 54 minutes into the game, Erasmo Nataniel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Simbo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lea FC the free kick. Erasmo Nataniel kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Ulises Cristofor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Artur Saraiva came out and tried to block the shot, but Ulises Cristofor slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 60th minute. Lea FC's Artur Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Matei in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Emilio Casomiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artur Saraiva. Lea FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emilio Casomiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cipriano Joachim in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Saraiva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Lea FC defense, Emilio Casomiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Saraiva. The Lea FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Saraiva should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute, Gervasio Matei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Simbo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9.
