Simbo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palermo the free kick. After 9 played minutes Simbo FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Kimetz. Denis Pitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 played minutes Simbo FC got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Viviano. When Anibal Fernendo came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Palermo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Fernendo couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the game, Angelino Urbez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Kimetz in the 22nd minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Candido Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th match minute, Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Urbez to maneuver through the defense. Gervasio Matei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Candido Millan made a huge save. A hard shot 35 in the game by Gervasio Matei from a close distance when the talented Candido Millan managed to make a qualified save. Palermo's players were relieved. Severiano Bonifaco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Fernendo in the 65th minute of the match. Candido Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Matei in the 67th minute of play. If Pedro Maraman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Palermo's Candido Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Casomiro in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Denis Pitin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Candido Millan. Palermo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denis Pitin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Denis Pitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simbo FC's Severiano Bonifaco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Simbo FC from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd minute, Gervasio Matei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Candido Millan was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Denis Pitin hit a great ball. Candido Millan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Matei in the 90th minute of the match. A collision led to Palermo getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Donato Kelemen hit a great ball. Simbo FC's Gervasio Matei got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
