Gilliam Van Langhendonck acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 22nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nazario Hagedorn. Franco Angeloni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Will De Munck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Franco Angeloni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boris Rokeloos went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Franco Angeloni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Will De Munck in the 31st minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Barrabases de Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Will De Munck came free, but Franco Angeloni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boris Rokeloos took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franco Angeloni. Franco Angeloni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The Barrabases de Victoria players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KFC Cromvelde were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boris Rokeloos to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boris Rokeloos in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franco Angeloni saved Barrabases de Victoria from getting behind. Barrabases de Victoria's Franco Angeloni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Barrabases de Victoria from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute Ariano Soffia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilliam Van Langhendonck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rik Colebrants could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Franco Angeloni made a huge save.
