But to his dismay, Júnior Perez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Adhemar Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The supporters of Queluzito booed when Capibaribe Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Antunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Queluzito's Ivo Alagoano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adhemar Vergílio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Lucas de Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
