NovaStella FK's Patrick Almkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Fonseca in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Giuseppe Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Almkvist. NovaStella FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Patrick Almkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Vítor Nóbrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Faustão Hermes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Faustão Hermes made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Tobias Kullgren sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Vítor Nóbrega to strike the kick off in the second half. Giuseppe Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Patrick Almkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erling Hellkvist in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faustão Hermes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Inter Gala's Víktor Passos got a free kick in the 58th minute. Sven-Åke Hellström's late challenge caught a Inter Gala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven-Åke Hellström helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes NovaStella FK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Åke Hellström. The Inter Gala supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Inter Gala would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
