The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Geronimo Janpier rounded Segmon IF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Geronimo Janpier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Thomas Ravelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Reine Molander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernabe Policarpio struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Thomas Ravelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chacarita Futsal. Feliciano Laurentzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 played minutes Segmon IF got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Henriksson. The supporters of Segmon IF booed when Chacarita Futsal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Guillerme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chacarita Futsal's Roque Sarracino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Lind in the 15th minute of play. Roque Sarracino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaj Åberg in the 22nd minute of the match. Feliciano Laurentzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Thomas Ravelli made a huge save. Roque Sarracino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charlie Lind in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Charlie Lind ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roque Sarracino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Segmon IF's Thomas Ravelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabe Policarpio in the 37th minute of play. Dag Asserlind kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Kaj Åberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Sarracino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Chacarita Futsal players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Segmon IF were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliciano Laurentzi was the one to do the kick off. Kaj Åberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobaldo Bernad kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Roque Sarracino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Lind, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Chacarita Futsal booed when Segmon IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Segmon IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
