UE Cornella's Oliverios Coya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gastão Caeiro in the 6th minute of play. Rui Patrício took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mel Palanques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ladoeiro No RuleZ FC 2010's Rui Patrício proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Ladoeiro No RuleZ FC 2010 from getting a goal against them. Filipe Vilaverde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gastão Caeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to UE Cornella getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Walme Vives hit a great ball. Cândido Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Blanco Llinares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gastão Caeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Oliverios Coya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rui Patrício took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mel Palanques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes Ladoeiro No RuleZ FC 2010 got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Montenegro. Rui Patrício made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael Villalcazar in the 41st minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mel Palanques was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, UE Cornella was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blanco Llinares to maneuver through the defense. After 55 played minutes, UE Cornella's Cristián Labarra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rui Patrício came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UE Cornella reached it. Manolo Figueroa hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 62 played minutes Ladoeiro No RuleZ FC 2010 got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Vilaverde. After 63 played minutes Ladoeiro No RuleZ FC 2010 got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Queirós. 64 minutes into the match, Ladoeiro No RuleZ FC 2010's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Villalcazar came free, but Rui Patrício reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cândido Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cândido Lopes in the 73rd minute of play forced UE Cornella's goalkeeper Oliverios Coya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gastão Caeiro got free with Oliverios Coya in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gastão Caeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliverios Coya having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Ismael Villalcazar made a precise shot to the right of Rui Patrício. Ladoeiro No RuleZ FC 2010's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 93rd minute Walme Vives shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Patrício saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Villalcazar hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. UE Cornella's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
