Ovidio Maureo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Wykowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 17th match minute, Fortuna 86 Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zula Walentowicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute of the match Desiderio Tancredo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Grzegorz Szamotulski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Fortuna 86 Szczecin booed when Sportivo Ben Hur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Piarres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 minutes, Radowit Poteralski made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sportivo Ben Hur's Ovidio Maureo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 26 played minutes Sportivo Ben Hur got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Dacio. With a little luck, Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Grzegorz Szamotulski got control of the ball when Silvestre Dacio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Grzegorz Szamotulski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvestre Dacio in the 37th minute. A collision led to Sportivo Ben Hur getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Felix Malvin hit a great ball.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Tancredo in the 51st minute of play forced Fortuna 86 Szczecin's goalkeeper Grzegorz Szamotulski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddy Txilar hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Radowit Poteralski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Jakub Wykowski suffered a sore thigh after 67 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 67 minutes into the game, Fabio Ferdinand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Ben Hur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fortuna 86 Szczecin the free kick. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Cyprian Furgat was substituted for Jakub Wykowski. Fabio Ferdinand hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Grzegorz Szamotulski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Dacio in the 71st minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Filip Marud dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ovidio Maureo, 0-2. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Grzegorz Szamotulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Tancredo in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of Fortuna 86 Szczecin booed when Sportivo Ben Hur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Piarres didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Filip Marud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sportivo Ben Hur's Ovidio Maureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radowit Poteralski in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute Radowit Poteralski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Maureo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radowit Poteralski in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidio Maureo saved Sportivo Ben Hur from getting behind. When Filip Marud came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Fortuna 86 Szczecin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Marud couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fortuna 86 Szczecin walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
