Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) S.D. Bajen's Odell McPherson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Brickeen Wall kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Brickeen Wall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Leme in the 10th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Mohammed Cagle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mohammed Cagle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Martins in the 13th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Leme in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mohammed Cagle saved S.D. Bajen from getting behind. In the 18thth minute of the game Yuri Martins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.D. Bajen's Mohammed Cagle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clinton Starnes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dalmo Félix came out and tried to block the shot, but Clinton Starnes slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 21st minute. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Yuri Martins put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mohammed Cagle. In the 27th minute, Pedrinho Gomes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute, Edgard Leme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unidade Pinto Louco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Mohammed Cagle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Leme in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of S.D. Bajen booed when Unidade Pinto Louco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Pinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Will Patrick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Edgard Leme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mohammed Cagle was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. If Edgard Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the S.D. Bajen defense, Jacinto Pinto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mohammed Cagle. The S.D. Bajen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mohammed Cagle should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgard Leme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.D. Bajen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edgard Leme was slow to take the kick. During this time Unidade Pinto Louco's players had a chance to rest. Yuri Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mohammed Cagle was a little too slow when Umberto Aparecido got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-6. After a rather tough play, S.D. Bajen's Odell McPherson got a free kick in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Mohammed Cagle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yuri Martins. Edgard Leme had several of the S.D. Bajen's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-7 score and a disappointed Mohammed Cagle as he didn't even see the shot coming. Umberto Aparecido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Mohammed Cagle made a huge save. 88 minutes into the match, Edgard Leme dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mohammed Cagle, 1-8. Will Patrick was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Yuri Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Unidade Pinto Louco! The referee gave S.D. Bajen a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Clinton Starnes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Unidade Pinto Louco's Dalmo Félix. 2-8. Unidade Pinto Louco's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
