A Veces Menos Es Mas's Pastor Astudillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Solana in the 14th minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pastor Astudillo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 18th minute Prospero Solana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, A Veces Menos Es Mas's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Solana came free, but Pastor Astudillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Riemannian's Prospero Solana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pastor Astudillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 31 played minutes Riemannian got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Macho. Pastor Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector-Luis Baeza in the 35th minute of play. Prospero Solana took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pastor Astudillo. Pastor Astudillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Ruben Gilabert was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 44th minute Prospero Solana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Solana in the 47th minute of play forced A Veces Menos Es Mas's goalkeeper Pastor Astudillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Riemannian were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Pastor Astudillo came out and tried to block the shot, but Prospero Solana slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 57th minute. Eutropio Toxeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hector-Luis Baeza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Astudillo having to interfere. Luciano Tanio kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Prospero Solana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Riemannian fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Pastor Astudillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Solana in the 91st minute of the match. The A Veces Menos Es Mas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Riemannian were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
