Raphael Gilli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentin Mikeldi went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Krale Ball during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to 1. FC Union Weberei getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Krale Ball hit a great ball. If Alfonso Bernard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Maurice Tisserand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. After having played for 60 minutes, Leon Maidana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Panchera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Maidana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raphael Gilli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Mikeldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. La Panchera's Bruno Cresenciano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save La Panchera from getting a goal against them. Bruno Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurice Tisserand in the 72nd minute of play. After 77 played minutes La Panchera got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Indar. With a little luck, La Panchera's Bruno Cresenciano got control of the ball when Tor Jäger tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Maurice Tisserand came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the 1. FC Union Weberei fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maurice Tisserand couldn't finish the play. If Maurice Tisserand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91stth minute of the game Valentin Mikeldi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1. FC Union Weberei's Raphael Gilli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Raphael Gilli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Mikeldi in the 94th minute of play. La Panchera were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
