In the 18th minute, Josef Winkler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kopeto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Henny Jans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Libor Litera in the 21st minute of the match. FC Kopeto's Josef Slepička got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stephan Boezeman to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Verwachting's Henny Jans got control of the ball when Josef Slepička tried to sneak it across the goal line. Liboslav Calta charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Liboslav Calta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arnold Petřek had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Ralph Peeters's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 73 played minutes Verwachting got a freekick which was hit by Klaas Jeuring. Miroslav Koňařík was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Josef Slepička recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Libor Litera kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Alexander Cupal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Libor Litera charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Miroslav Koňařík managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kopeto's supporters rose to their feet, but Miroslav Koňařík was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henny Jans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Verwachting fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Kopeto were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
