Verwachting's Henny Jans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 15th minute of play. Demiralp Salman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerrit Baker in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henny Jans saved Verwachting from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, Verwachting's goal looked a bit too open when Fırat Çakıroğlu came free, but Henny Jans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henny Jans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Haşim Özkutlu in the 31st minute of the match. When Gerrit Baker fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Verwachting's protests and gave Gerrit Baker a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd minute, Gerrit Baker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henny Jans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fırat Çakıroğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Henny Jans came out of the goal and Rahmi Tara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fırat Çakıroğlu was the one to do the kick off. After 64 minutes of play, - JOKER -'s Fırat Çakıroğlu made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henny Jans was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as - JOKER -'s Fırat Çakıroğlu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henny Jans. That made the score 1-4 after 70 minutes of play. Henny Jans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 77th minute of the match. Fırat Çakıroğlus short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Henny Jans to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 79 minutes into the match, Verwachting's goal looked a bit too open when Rahmi Tara came free, but Henny Jans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Fırat Çakıroğlu lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Henny Jans.
